This is one of my most favorite cards since I discovered card making about three years ago. I had no idea what I was going to do when I sat down at my craft table. The first idea was to make an easel card and from there everything else just seemed to fall into place.
The image is
Tomboy Trouble from Kenny K and colored with Copie markers, of course. The sentiment is from
Create with TLC. The background papers are DCWV. The sun and grass are Cricut cuts. The cloud, fence, sentiment shape are die cuts from Fiskars, DieNamics, and Spellbinders repectively. Also featured is sewing machine stitching, a Close To My Heart tree stamp, Stickles, Close To My Heart "Topiary" and "Brown Bag" ink. Finally I added Tim Holtz Distress Ink to the sun and fence and foam dots to raise the image. Last but not least I couldn't resist adding the "button dog" left over from a previous project and the bling flowers. I hope you love it and are inspired enough to get going in creating your own project to up load to the
Krafty Krew blog!
