Frantic Stamp Light Bulb

Good afternoon everyone. Rachelle here. I've been saving the sentiment for just the right die cut and when I saw this new die (currently on pre-order at Frantic Stamper), I knew I'd hit the jackpot. I started with a Kraft cardstock base and used my new favorite design  paper, Bo Bunny Lemonade Stand. I layered it with lots of Kraft cardstock and added Frantic Stamper Precision Dies Lightbulb (FRA-DIE-09188) and Iconic People (FRA-DIE-09187). The sentiment was cut with Ticket Stubs (FRA-DIE-09142). I achieved the "glassy" look of the bulb by cutting the plastic wrapping with the die! How genius was that? No card I make is complete without adding bling and foam dots. 

Can I also say that I receive my dies so quickly after ordering, I sometimes wonder if Fran doesn't live right around the corner from me? LOL. I love being part of the Frantic Stamper family!

It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere!

Happy Saturday everyone. I made this card because I consider myself something of a wine connoisseur. Sometimes I'll want to drink wine early in the morning but won't because that might suggest I have a drinking problem! I started with a Kraft cardstock base. The image, from Frantic Stamper, Drinking Lady (FRA-CLG-160-06) was colored with Copic Markers and paper pieced with Paper Studio design paper. The rest of the paper is Bo Bunny "Lemonade Stand" design. The dies are also from Frantic Stamper--Diagonal Strip Photo Card (FRA-DIE-09146), Instant Camera (FRA-DIE-09148). The final touches are the foam dots, satin ribbon bow, and rhinestone bling. The sentiment is one of my favorite and is from My Creative Time.

Happy Mother's Day

I want to wish ALL women, with and without children a "Happy Mother's Day!" Just because you don't have a biological child, does not mean you haven't mothered someone in your life! I think the sentiment on my card says it all. I'd also like to welcome you to another Corrosive Challenge, as a matter of fact challenge #199! Can you believe we've had nearly 200 challenges?
