I'm still at it BCA card

I am having a ball with my BCA cards. If you haven't already figured it out I am a 2-year survivor so the subject is close to my heard. Today's card features a design I've never tried before. It's a center step card.

Theit will be more ofhtese in my future. The image was colored w/Copics. The paper is from my stash. The butterflies are Martha Stewart's double punch. The roses were cut with my Cricut Create and are from the Close To My Heart Art Philosophy cartridge. I absolutely love that cartridge. I used a very thin paper which tore quite a bit while being cut. It gave the roses a very vintage look and I love them.

Finding the cure

Today's BCA card features another KennyK image. This is  my first time every making a shaped card and I love it. I cut the card using the Close To My Heart Art Philosophy cartridge. I so love this cart. It has a little of everything. I colored the image w/Copics. I used the Cuttlebug Swiss dot pattern folder and distressed it with sandpaper. I also used a Cuttlebug die to cut the sparkly pink ribbon. The butterflies were made using a Martha Stewart double punch and I finished the card up by adding bling to the outfit and swirl bling to the card. Hope you like it.

You Will Be a Survivor

Keeping with the BCA theme this card features a KennyK digi colored w/Copics. Again I used a doily from Wilton. The image was cut with a Nestibilities die and inked with Close to My Heart ink. The swirls were cut with a Sizzix die using glitter cardstock. The small flowers were cut with a Fiskars punch. The pink ribbon bling was from my stash. The card measures 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.

Think Pink

Today's card features a KennyK image colored w/Copics. I'm challenging myself to create BCA cards with images that don't necessarily have the pink ribbon as the main focus. The card is 4 1/2 x 5 1/2.The background paper is from my stash. I used a doily from the Wilton cake decorating department at Joann's. I used a circle Nestibilitie to cut a circle of pink ribbon paper to highlight the center of the doily. I cut the heart of pink ribbons from paper that featured hearts of pink ribbon. The flowered lace was from Hobby Lobby. I used both a 1" and 1 1/2" circle punches around the sentiment. The pink pearl swirl is from Recollections at Michaels.

Join the Fight

Here's another BCA card. I created a challenge for myself to only use what was already out on my crafting table...aka dining room table! I think this mostly means I need to start putting stuff away! The image is from the Greeting Farm and was already colored w/Copics. The Nestie cut was discarded from another project. I enhanced it with faux stitching with my favorite Gelly Roll pen. The ribbon roses were purchased for a dollar store weeks ago. Can't believe there are actually 25 yards on a roll and only for $1. There's always bling ready for any project and the papers were left over from my last couple of cards. I printed the sentiment with my new favorite gadget--the Xyron portable printer.
