  1. This is gorgeous! I noticed it while I was entering another challenge and had to come get a closer look - a beautiful image and beautifully coloured! Love your stamped sheet music and your self-made keyboard. Well done!

  2. Hi Rachelle! I'm delighted to have you join our challenge this week, and based on this lovely card, I sure hope that you will become a regular. I fell in love with this card right away. I grew up taking piano lessons (Mama MADE me do it), and at this point in my life, I'm SO glad she did! Mama always knows best. The image reminds me of a piano recital. The music paper is divine, and the flowers lend the perfect finishing touch. An absolutely AWESOME card, and I thank you for sharing it with us.

Now, about the "Black Martha Stewart" thing....I have to say that I want to be invited over for dinner! No doubt you can cook up a storm, and probably decorate your table to the nines. I could use a few (quite a few) tips from you. I hope we can get to know each other better. I'd really love to have you share more in our challenges and fellowship with us. It's a true blessing to have your participation at Word Art Wednesday, and I pray that God will bless you as you create and share your art. You can share up to 5 projects per week; and quite frankly, I am really looking forward to seeing more from you!

Happy crafting, and have a blessed week!

  3. Rachelle, your card is simply stunning from the music sheet, the image and the self-made piano keys at the bottom. Everything about this card sings to my soul and I am so glad you decided to share it with us over at Mema's Crafts and I certainly hope you will visit and play with us more often. As the "Black Martha Stewart" perhaps you could give me a few cooking tips...I do cook but tips from the best are always welcomed.
Anyway, thanks again for playing with us and I hope to see more of your work in the coming months.
    Hugs ~Lesia
